A local area network called
LAN means network computer network that interconnects in a limited area
such as home, school, computer laboratory or office building. The
basic principle of LAN is using computers which is in same area, they
share some equipments for work together because of having the
information and process data easily with saving the time. Let's give an example; Think about the 10 computers at the same building. At least one computer need print. If there is no connection between computers and printer, you should buy printers for every computer or save your files on disc and use the computer which has connected the printer. First choice is really expensive and the other one decreases a work performance and cause the waste of time. This problem can be solved that setting up the LAN.
